Cooling system
Removal
u Remove screws 6, 1, 16, 19.
u Remove piping assemblies 2, 5, 7, 14, 18.
u Remove screws 12.
u Remove coolant pump LT 11.
Installation
u Install guiding rods.
u Insert o-rings 9, 10.
u Insert coolant pump LT 11.
u Place four screws 12.
u Remove guiding rods.
u Place the remaining screws 12.
u Assemble elbow pipe 18 with flange 14 and o-rings 13, 15, 17.
u Tighten screws 16, 19 to torque.
u Assemble branch pipe 2 with pipe 5 and flange 7 with o-rings 3, 4, 8.
u Position assembly with screws 1, 6.
u Tighten screws 1, 6 to torque.
Information
Vent coolant circuit at the end of installation.
