u Lubricate bolts 9 with Castrol Optimol paste white T.
u Mount lifting lug 10 with extended length bolts 9.
u Insert and tighten the bolts 6 by hand.
u Tighten all bolts 6 with the torque wrench according to the specifications. (For more infor‐
mation see: Tightening specifications, page 95.)

If cylinder heads 1 are connected with a lifting lug bracket, both cylinder heads 1 need to be
removed.

Bleed coolant circuit at the end of installation.
