Fuel system
Removal
u Remove screws 5 and break leakage detection block 6.
u Remove screws 4 and retaining plate 3.
u Remove screws 2 and fuel return block 1.
Installation
u Mount fuel return block 1 with screws 2.
u Mount retaining plate 3 with screws 4.
u Mount break leakage detection block 6 with screws 5.
u Tighten screws 2, 4, 5 to torque.

page 274.)
3.6.7 Fuel pump HP and LP removal and installation (SL 250)
Previous tasks
q Close fuel supply.
q Release the pressure of the HP fuel system using Kodia tools.
q Remove fuel pipings connected to HP fuel pump.
Specific safety instructions
NOTICE
Risk of property damage by reuse of sealing.
Leakage by faulty seal.
u Replace all sealings.
