Adjust manual brake release: MX20
Procedure Note
1. Loosen the center nut (1) fully before fitting
the brake lever (3) and then tighten it
slightly. Fit the setting screw (2) tight but
without forcing the brake lever.
2. Tighten the test screw (4).
3. Adjust the center nut (1) so that the test
screw (4) slightly touches the brake body
while pressing the lever by hand.
4. Loosen the test screw (4).
5. Ensure that the washer (5) is not tight. It
must be free to rotate.
6. Tighten the nut at the brake lever until the
wire is stretched.
