ADDING NEW CONTACTS IN THE
KONFTEL CC200 FAVORITES LIST
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Contacts.
• On the web interface, click Make your Call > Contacts.
Konftel CC200 displays the Contacts page.

Click New Favorite.
Konftel CC200 displays the New Favorite window.

Configure the following fields:
• Name
• Number
• Group
• Type
• Call Type
• Rate
• Trusted
• Prior

Click Save.
ADDING RECENTLY CALLED CONTACTS
IN THE KONFTEL CC200 FAVORITES LIST
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Call.
• On the web interface, click Make your Call > Basic Options > Recent Calls.

Select the recently called contact.
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Add to favorites.
• On the web interface, click Details > Add to favorites.
