MODIFYING CONTACTS IN THE FAVORITES LIST

Log in to the Konftel CC200 web interface.
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Contacts.
• On the web interface, click Make your Call > Contacts.
Konftel CC200 displays the Contacts page.

Select the contact, and click Edit.
Konftel CC200 displays the Edit Favorite window.

Modify the contact.
You can also add multiple numbers for the contact using the Insert Number option.

On the web interface, click Save.
The Konftel CC200 endpoint automatically saves your changes.
CONFIGURING THE PRESENCE STATUS
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Configure > Presence.
• On the web interface, click Presence.

From the Status drop-down list, select one of the following options:
• Automatic
• Available
• Away
• Busy
• Do not Disturb
• Out of Oce
