SUBSCRIBING TO KONFTEL CC200 CONTACTS
Subscribe to contacts to view their presence status.
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Configure > Presence > Subscriptions.
• From the web interface, click Presence > Subscriptions.

In User Name, type the contact name.

Click Subscribe.
Depending on your Konftel CC200 configuration, you might not have permissions
to subscribe to contacts. If you do not see the Subscriptions option, check with your
administrator.
REVIEWING THE KONFTEL CC200
CONTACT SUBSCRIPTION REQUESTS
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Configure > Presence > Subscriptions >
Advanced.
• From the web interface, click Presence > Subscriptions.
Konftel CC200 displays the subscription requests.

Click one of the following:
• Yes: Allow users to view your presence status.
• No: Prevent users from viewing your presence status.
VIEWING THE PRESENCE STATUS OF
THE SUBSCRIBED KONFTEL CC200 CONTACTS
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Configure > Presence > Subscribed Users.
• From the web interface, click Presence > Subscribed Users.
Konftel CC200 displays the list of subscribed users and their presence status.
