Do one of the following:
On the endpoint, click one of the following:
• By Address
• From Contacts
On the web interface, click one of the following:
• Direct Call
• Recent Calls
• Contacts
• Advanced Options > Direct Call
On the endpoint, Konftel CC200 displays the Contacts window.

Click Call.
MUTING PARTICIPANTS
Konftel CC200 enables the mute option for all participants in the meeting.
You must be a moderator to perform this task.
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint, click ( ).
• On the web interface, click Participants.
• On the endpoint, Konftel CC200 displays the Menu window.
• On the web interface, Konftel CC200 displays the Participants window.
• On the endpoint, click Participants (
).
Konftel CC200 displays the Participants window.
Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint, click Mute everyone (
).
• On the web interface, click Mute.

In a meeting, you can mute a specific participant from the participants list.
