2. Plug the power cord into the power outlet.
3. To remove moisture from the paper in the tray,
turn ON the switch shown in the illustration.
Note:
This step may not be performed depending on the
applicable marketing area.
XIV. Fixing the touch panel
Note:
Perform the steps below only when necessary
(upon your customer’s request).
1. Raise the operation panel.
2. Slide the touch panel.
3. Remove the small cover from the back of the
operation panel.
4. Install and tighten the screw as shown to fix the
touch panel to the operation panel.
Note:
As the screw is not supplied with the machine, pre-
pare it in advance. (One binding head screw:
V118030803)
5. Install the small cover removed in step 3.
