1.3 Applicable standards, type approval
The mobile aluminium scaffold of the ProTec System
series conforms to EN 1004. The scaffold has been
approved by TUEV PRODUKT SERVICE (type approval).
1.4 Warranty
The warranty terms and conditions are included in the sales and delivery terms of
the supplier. Material defects are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase of
the affected part by the manufacturer‘s warranty. The manufacturer retains the right
to replace or repair the defective part at its own choice.
The warranty is based on the installation and user manual valid on the day of purchase
of the product. Not covered by warranty are damages caused by any of the following:
– Ignorance of or non-compliance with the instructions in the installation and user
manual, and in particular with the safety instructions, instructions on proper and
improper use, maintenance and care instructions,
– Use of the product by not qualified or insufficiently instructed personnel of
the operator.
– Use of spare and/or accessory parts from suppliers other than Krause.
– Use of damaged or defective component parts.
– Extension of the working height by the use of ladders, boxes and other devices.
