KROHNE OPTICHECK can be used to perform the tests 1-3 in a simple way.
5.5 Calibration procedure
It is recommended to perform a zero calibration during every proof test or safe configuration.
The conditions for zero calibration in the handbook [N2] must be taken into account.
In safe operation density factory calibration is used.
5.6 Troubleshooting
Failures that are critical to functional safety should be reported to technical support of the
manufacturer. If you find a problem, please contact your local representative. If the device must
be returned to the manufacturer, refer to "Returning the device to the manufacturer" in [N2].

Perform an optical inspection of the sealings, containment, housing and electrical wiring within
every proof test.

Modifications to SIL capable devices by the user are not permitted.

Only authorised personnel from manufacturer shall repair the device.
