3.10.2.3 For the electromagnetic operator-friendly
control unit with automatic loader
• When starting the loading process, switch on the
hydraulic oil circulation on the tractor and arrest the
switch lever.
• Switch the Pick-up switch to "Lower".
The pick-up can be run in this floating position during the
entire loading process.
• Having selected the position "Moist" or "Dry"
beforehand depending on the loading material, switch
the automatic loader switch to „On“.
• Switch on the power take-off shaft and start the loading
process.
When starting the loading process, switch on the
scraper-floor advance when the loading material has
reached approx. 3/4 of the total height in order to
prevent the pile from tipping over.
When the loading height has been reached, the scraper
floor switches on automatically until the message „Wagon
full“ appears on the display and the hooter gives a short
tone.
3.10.3 Finishing the loading process
Make sure that the laden weight shown on
the serial plate is not exceeded.
Loading finishes when::
– The message „Wagon full“ appears on the display and
– the horn gives a short tone at the same time
After the loading process has finished, carry out the
following functions one after the other:
• Allow the conveyor unit to continue running.
• Raise the pick up.
• Switch off the power take off shaft.
• Switch off the electrical control system.
• Switch off the hydraulic system.
