4.4 Checking the sensors
4.4.3 Test "Sensor cutters retract"
The „Cutters retract“ sensor (1) is located on the cutter
unit on the right hand side of the machine.
As soon as the cutters on the cutter unit have been
swung out, the number after the word "Cutters retract"
on the display (10) must change to "0".
The distance between the sensor (1) and the solenoid (2)
must be a = 2 mm.
Sensor test
Load a: 0 Scrape b: 1
By operating the Quit button (12) changes can now be
made at each test level.
Switch on the display and control unit at Button (1) and
operate the Quit button (12) until the following message
appears on the display:
Carry out all sensor tests with the
machine shut down
4.4.1 Test „Switch Automatic loader“
The sensor is located on the front wall in the middle.
When operating the automatic loader, the number behind
„Load a:“ „ must switch to „1“.
4.4.2 Test "Sensor scraper floor"
The sensor (2) is on the right side of the machine on the
lower metering roller.
To test the sensor, push lower metering roller out.
The number after the word Scraper: in the display
changes to 0.
The distance between the sensor (2) and washer (1)
must be a = 1.5 mm.
