If the power supply is in order, a bar chart display (2)
appears after approx. 3-4 seconds with numbers for the
pre-selected baling pressure on the left hand side (1) and
and for the baling chamber on the right hand side (3).
The binding process is started automatically by pressing
button (4) and manually by pressing button (5). The bale
firmness is adjusted using button (6) for lower bale
firmness and button (7) for higher bale firmness.
12.2.3 Comfort Controls Functions
Should the round baler with comfort controls be operated
in the "Automatic Starting" mode of the binding
process, the tail gate must be opened completely and
then closed again before putting into operation. Set the
comfort controls to "Manual Starting" of the binding
process (1) when opening the tail gate. Only then is the
pressure required for the automatic start process built up
in the hydro-reservoir. Now switch to "Automatic
Starting" of the binding process (2) on the comfort
controls. It is also necessary to supply the hydraulic
reservoir with pressure after long idle periods and
pauses. The hydraulic reservoir is filled up every time
the tail gate is opened.
• When connecting the hydraulic
hoses to the tractor's hydraulics,
make sure that the hydraulics both
in the tractor and in the round baler
are de-pressurised!
• Always release the pressure in the
machine hydraulics system,
especially the hydraulic reservoir,
before carrying out mounting or
repair work.
• Repair and mounting work may only
be carried out by trained specialists!
