7.7.1 Ordering spare parts
Always quote the following data when ordering replacement or spare parts:

▪ Size
▪ KSB order number
▪ Material variant
▪ Year of construction

Also specify the following data:
▪ Description
▪ Part No.
▪ Quantity of spare parts
▪ Shipping address
