(1) Check for good ground connection.;
(2) Check if the earth resistance of PV+ and PV-
is greater than 2MΩ;
(3) If it is smaller than 2MΩ, check PV string for
ground fault or poor ground insulation; if it is
greater than 2MΩ, please contact the local
inverter customer service once fault is not
removed.
