Repairingorchanginganinnertube
1.Removetherearwheelandreleaseanyairfromthe
innertube.
2.Liftonetyrewallawayfromtherimusingabicycletyre
lever .Donotusesharpobjectssuchasascrewdriver
whichcoulddamagetheinnertube.
3.Pulltheinnertubeoutofthetyre.
4.Repairtheinnertubeusingabicyclerepairkitor,if
necessary,replacethetube.
5.Inatethetubeslightlyuntilitbecomesround.
6.Insertthevalveintothevalveholeontherimandplace
thetubeinsidethetyre(thetubeshouldlierightround
thetyrewithnocreases).
7.Liftthetyrewallovertheedgeoftherim.Startclose
tothevalveanduseabicycletyrelever .Whendoing
this,checkallthewayroundtoensurethattheinner
tubeisnottrappedbetweenthetyreandtherim.

see11.2Tyres,page57.Checkthatnoairisescaping
fromthetyre.

–Neverusecorrosiveuids(alkalines,acidetc.)
orabrasivecleaningagents.Werecommend
anordinaryhouseholdcleaningagentsuchas
dishwashingliquid,ifnotspeciedotherwisein
thecleaninginstructions.
–Neveruseasolvent(cellulosethinner,acetone
etc.)thatchangesthestructureoftheplastic
ordissolvestheattachedlabels.
–Alwaysmakesurethattheproductis
completelydriedbeforetakingitintouseagain.
