IMPORTANT
• If using the products equipped with the fax function, note that turning the machine off at the power
switch disables fax transmission and reception.
• Remove paper from the cassettes and seal it in the paper storage bag to protect it from humidity.
"Failed to send via SMB." is displayed
Are this machine and the scanned image destination PC connected to the network?
Check the network.

Is the account information (user ID, password) used to access the shared folder to which the
scanned image is to be sent incorrect?
Check the settings of the scanned image destination PC.
• Host Name
• Path
• Login user name
NOTE
If the sender is a domain user, specify the domain name. [Login User name]@[Domain name]

• Login Password
• Folder share permissions of the recipient
