Jam at the MP Tray
1 Leaving any paper that may be jammed
there, remove the rest of the paper from
the MP tray.
Do not try to forcefully pull out
paper that has already been
fed partially in to the MP tray.
Instead, proceed to the next
step.
2 Open the printer’s top cover.
3 Open the printer’s front cover.
