(1)Open the lower left side cover.
(2)Remove the jammed media.
(3)Close the lower left side cover.
— OR —
(4)Remove the selected media cassette (middle or lower media tray).
(5)Remove the jammed media from inside the printer.
(6)Reinsert the media tray.
(7)Open and close the front cover to clear the error message from
the message display.
