      rebecca85Sep 1, 2025
If the circuit breaker is tripping on your lancer Dispenser, try these troubleshooting steps: * Valve wire harness shorted to itself or faucet plate: Detect short by disconnecting valve harnesses from switch panel (4 25-pin harnesses and 4 9-pin harnesses). Restore power. If breaker does not trip, find and replace shorted harness. * Controller PCB is bad: Detect by disconnecting the white 5-pin harness from the controller PCB. Restore power. If breaker does not trip, replace controller PCB. * Secondary wire harness has a short: Locate short from a motor or solenoid harness and replace. * Power supply is bad: Detect short by disconnecting all harnesses connected to power supply. Restore power. If breaker still trips, replace power supply.

Why is my lancer IBD 30 Dispenser dispensing only water or only syrup?
    • M
      Michele HopkinsAug 31, 2025
If your lancer Dispenser is dispensing only water or only syrup, here are some potential causes: * Syrup BIB empty: Replace the syrup BIB as required. * Water or syrup shutoff on mounting block not fully open: Open shutoff completely. * Improper or inadequate water or syrup supply: Remove valve from mounting block & open shutoffs slightly. Check water & syrup supply. If no supply, check unit for other problems. Ensure BIB connection is engaged. * CO pressure to syrup pump too low: Check the CO pressure to the pump to ensure it is between 70-80 PSI (0.483-0.552 MPA). * Stalled or inoperative BIB pump: Check CO pressure and/or replace pump. * Kinked line: Remove kink or replace line. * CO regulator malfunction: Repair or replace CO regulator as required.
