Ultrasonic sensors, gyroscope or
other components of the
navigation system are defect.
If sensors are not working
properly, contact your local Lely
service provider.
The machine can not find the
dump pit.
The dump pit is that dirty that it
blocks the machine.
Clean the dump pit.
The dump pit is frozen and it
blocks the machine.
Contact your local Lely service
provider for solutions to keep
the dump pit free of frost.
The machine got lost or stuck in
the barn and can not finish its
route.
Bring the machine back to the
charging station (see Drive the
Machine Back to the Charging
Station on page 6-10).
If this problem persists, see
symptom 'The machine is lost
and cannot finish the route'.
The programming of the route
needs to be improved.
Contact your local Lely service
provider.
The machine does not release
(all) the manure in the dump pit.
The dump pit is dirty. Clean the dump pit.
The dump pit is frozen. Contact your local Lely service
provider for solutions to keep
the dump pit free of frost.
The air valve is defect. Contact your local Lely service
provider.
There is a plug of dried material
in the manure tank.
Clean the manure tank (see
Clean the Manure Tank on page
7-6).
The machine is not taking in
enough manure / the barn is not
cleaned well.
The floor guides are worn out. Contact your local Lely service
provider.
The manure scraper is worn out. Contact your local Lely service
provider.
The manure inlet is worn out or
teared.
Contact your local Lely service
provider.
The top air filter is dirty. Clean the top air filter (see Clean
the Top Air Filter on page 7-3). If
the problem persists, contact
your local Lely service provider.
The manure tank is full, but the
machine is not driving to the
dumping station.
Contact your local Lely service
provider.
There is a plug of dried material
in the manure tank, the tank can
not (completely) be emptied.
Clean the manure tank (see
Clean the Manure Tank on page
7-6).
