5.3.2 Remove and Install a Mower Disc
1. Remove
the split pin (1) from the castellated nut (2) on top of the mower
disc (5).
2. Remove the castellated nut (2).
3. Remove the pressure piece (3).
4. Make sure the O-ring (4) stays inside the pressure piece.
5. Remove the mower disc (5).
6. Turn the new mower disc 90° in relation to the adjacent mower disc.
7. Install the new mower disc on top of the bearing housing.
8. Examine the O-ring (4) for wear.
9. If the O-ring is worn, replace the O-ring.
10. Torque-tighten the castellated nut to 150-250 Nm (15-25 kgm).
11. Install the split pin in the castellated nut.
12. Make sure the split pin does not protrude above the pressure piece.
