5.3.3 Remove and Install a Mower Disc on a Drive Element
1. Disconnect the secondary PTO-shaft.
2.
Remove the bolts that connect the gearbox (2) to the frame.
3. Remove the gearbox (2) from the yoke (4).
4. Remove the four bolts from the bottom of hat (5), then remove the hat.
5. Remove the bolts from the mower disc (6), then remove the mower disc.
6. Install the new mower disc on the bearing housing (7).
7. Install the hat (5) on the mower disc (6).
8. Install the gearbox (2) on the yoke (4).
9. Put Loctite 243 on the thread of the bolts that connect the gearbox to
the frame.
10. Torque-tighten the bolts that connect the gearbox to the frame to 80 Nm.
11. Install the cover (1).
12. Install the three bolts on the cover (1).
13. Install the secondary PTO-shaft.
