If wedges (1) are used on the plough, a
counter-wedge (6) must be fitted between
the depth wheel bracket (4) and the plough
frame (5) to adjust the alignment of the
depth wheel.
11.7.3 Tail Pieces
The tail pieces (2) being positioned at the
end of the mouldboards (1) should be ad-
justed so that they help to turn the furrow
slice. They should be adjusted uniformly.
Set too deeply, they can cause soil to fall
back into the furrow.
