Toinstalltheheatsinkassembly,dothefollowing:
1.Removeallmediafromthedrivesandturnoffallattacheddevicesandtheserver.Then,disconnectall
powercordsfromelectricaloutletsanddisconnectallcablesthatareconnectedtotheserver.
2.Removetheservercover.SeeRemovingtheservercover.
3.Positiontheheatsinkassemblyinplacebyaligningtheretainingscrewsontheheatsinkassemblywith
thecorrespondingholesinthesystemboard.Then,tightentheeightscrewsfollowingthenumerical
sequenceasshownbelowtosecuretheheatsinkassemblyonthesystemboard.
