• 0: "Link Auto-Negotiation" is not active.
The device uses the settings of the bits "Forced Duplex Mode" (bit 1)
and "Forced Interface Speed" (see attribute 6, Interface Control).
• 1: "Link Auto-Negotiation" is active.
1 Forced Duplex Mode If "Auto-negotiate" bit = 0, this bit indicates the transmission mode to be
used.
