7 Configuration
7.1 Basics

The configuration of the controller is used to adapt the drive
to your applications.

For this, you have the following functions available:
- Operating functions
- Control function
- Display functions
- Monitoring functions

The possible function settings are organized in codes:
- Codes are numerically sorted, starting from the code with
the smallest number to the one with the highest number. All
codes start with a ”C”.
- They are listed in the code table.
- Each code provides parameters which can be used to
adjust and optimize your drive.

The configuration of the controller can be entered by means
of the keypad of the 8201BB operating module or by means
ofafieldbusviatheserialinterface.
- The operating module and fieldbus modules are available
as accessories.

The changing of parameters by means of the operating
module or fieldbus modules is described
- in the Operating Instructions of the modules.
- in the Manual.

All functions of the controller are described shortly in the code
table. A detailed description can be obtained from the
Manual.
