Thevacuumpreservationbagsaresuitableforpacking
productsthat are notcrushedthat easily (meat,cold
meats,hardcheese,vegetables,etc.).
Thefoodgasinjectionsystemmustbeappliedforeasily
crushedproducts,whichisdescribedfurtheron.
Perfectsealingisessentialforgoodpreservation,which
isveriedbyawelldenedsealingbandwithoutburns.
andyoucancreate
thevacuuminbagsoutsidethevacuumchamber,thereby
allowingproductswithdimensionslargerthanthoseof
thevacuumchambertobepacked.
Forthispurpose,particularbags(embossed)mustbe
used,which havea suitabledesign to createmicro-
channelsthroughwhichtheaircanbedrawn.
Thebagsusedforvacuumfoodpreservationand/orvacuumcookingarecharacterisedbyanexternalnylon
layer(barrierlayer),whichpreventsexternaloxygenpassingintothebag,therebypreservingtheorganoleptic
propertiesofthepackedfood.
Thebagssuitablefortheusedescribedinthismanualare:
theexternalbarrierlayerismadeofnylon(Polyamide/PA)and
thesealinglayer(internal)ismadeofpolyethylene(PE).Theyaresmoothandopaqueandnormallyhave
athicknessof90micron.Theyaresuitableforpreservingandcomingintocontactwithfood. Friulmed S.r.l.
guaranteestheircompliancewiththeapplicablelegislation.

bags.Theyaresmoothandshinyandnormallyhaveathicknessof75-85micron.Theyaresuitablefor
preservationandaboveallforvacuumcooking.Besidesguaranteeingsuitabilityofcontactmadewith
food,inaccordancewithapplicableStandards,Friulmed S.r.l.guaranteesthesuitabilityofbagsmade
ofOPA/PPtowithstandcookingtemperaturesupto100°Cforfourhoursand120°Cforonehour,after
havingperformedregularlaboratorytests.
