  There are several reasons why your Levoit Air Cleaner might not be effectively purifying air. First, try increasing the fan speed. Ensure that the sides and top of the air purifier (the inlet or outlet) aren't blocked by any objects. Close doors and windows while the air purifier is running. Also, confirm that the filters have been removed from their packaging and are correctly placed. The unit may be less effective if the room is larger than 15 m². Finally, consider replacing the filters.

  There are several reasons why the airflow from your Levoit Air Cleaner might be significantly reduced. First, ensure that the filters are removed from their packaging and properly placed. You can also try tapping the fan speed button to increase the fan speed. Make sure that there is at least 38 cm / 15 in of clearance on all sides of the air purifier. Finally, you may need to replace the filters.

If the problem persists, the air purifier might be damaged, or there could be a foreign object inside. Stop using it and contact Customer Support. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.

  If the filter reset light on your Levoit Air Cleaner stays on after you've replaced the filter, it means the filter lifetime wasn't reset correctly. To fix this, press and hold the filter reset button for 3 seconds until the button lights up. Then, press and hold the filter reset button again until the light turns off.
