5. Hot Desk Program
Press [MENU] button.

With Hot Desk selected, press the [OK] or
button.
Hot Desk enables a user to dynamically select a station by login/logout operation without
having a fixed station. For example, a call center and marketing department could share a
work location. User would activate a dummy station (Hot Desk) by logging-in, and then log-out
when finished (refer to the Admin. Programming Manual for your system).
