11. IF NOT BOOTING WHEN YOU TURN ON THE SET.
11-1. IC501 (MPEG IC)
11-1-1. Solution
Replace IC501 on MAIN board. (This chip is so hard to change IC, so we recommend to change PCB.)
11-1-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Check physical status of IC501 on your eyes.
2) Check 1.2 V of FL301, If 1.2 V is abnormal, follow the stage 7-1 (IC300).
3) Check 1.5 V of FL302, If 1.5 V is abnormal, follow the stage 7-1 (IC300).
4) Check D_3.3V of L309, If D_3.3V is abnormal, follow the stage 5-1 (IC302).
5 ) Check the frequency of 27 MHz crystal (X501).
 If the crystal doesn’t oscillate, replace X501.
6) When you followed above step but it doesn’t work, replace the IC501.
