9. If Calls & Services is selected,
enter the Service Lock Code,
then enter the New Code, and
then under Confirm Code enter
the new code again.

for Location Setting, Calls, Messages,
and Dial-up Modem.
Using the Internal Keypad
1. Open the flip and press the
Key [ MENU ].
2. Press Settings & Tools .
3. Press Phone Settings .
4. Press Security .
5. Enter the four-digit lock code.
6. Press
Restrictions .
7. Enter the four-digit service lock
code.
8. Scroll to a Restrictions submenu
then press
the Key .

8.7.3 Phone Lock Setting
Keeps your phone from unauthorized
use. Once the phone is locked, it's in
restricted mode until the lock code is
entered. You can receive phone calls
and still make emer
gency calls. You
can modify the lock code using the
Edit Codes submenu within the
Security menu.
