1. My Verizon
Allows you to check your account
information, ranging from your
payment plan to other available
services.
Using the Internal Keypad
1. Open the flip and press the
Key [ MENU ].
2. Press Settings & Tools .
3. Press
My Verizon.
SHORTCUT
Opening the flip and pressing the
Directional Key left to
access My Verizon is a shortcut
key.
2. Master Volume
Allows you to set volume settings.
Using the Internal Keypad
1. Open the flip and press the
Key [ MENU ].
2. Press Settings & Tools .
3. Press
Master Volume .
4. Adjust the volume with the
Directional Key then press
[SET] to save the setting.

You can test the volume at each
master volume level by pressing
the Left Soft Key
[Play] .
Using the External Keypad
1. Unlock the screen by pressing
the Key twice.
2. Press the Volume Keys up or
down to increase or decrease the
volume as desired.
3. Press the Key
[SET] .
3. Tools
Your phone tools include Voice
Commands, Calculator, Ez Tip
Calculator, Calendar, To Do List,
Alarm Clock, Info Search,
Stopwatch, World Clock, Notepad,
Document Viewer, and USB Mass
Storage.
3.1 Voice Commands
This feature provides you with the
following options equipped with AVC
(Advanced Voice Commands)
technology. Each option has helpful
information available on the phone
and you can check it out by pressing
the Left Soft Key
[Info].
