If there's no motor sound or piston rod movement in your Linak Controller, first ensure the actuator is properly connected to the control box. A blown fuse in the control box could also be the cause, requiring a fuse replacement. Finally, a damaged cable could be the reason; in this case, the actuator should be sent for repair.
