Inspection and maintenance every 500 to 1000 operating hours or once a year
Check fan on drive axle and cross
fan for soiling, clean as necessary
ENVIRONMENT NOTE
Take note of information about working mate-
rials.
Clean drive axle fan
¾ Park truck safely
¾ Fully lower load fork
¾ Switch off key switch
¾ Remove rubber mat from floor plate
¾ Unscrew four fastening screws o
f floor plate
¾ Detach plug from drive control pedal system
and put floor plate to one side
¾ Remove fan shroud
¾ Clean fan with compressed air and/
or cold
cleaner
Clean cross fan

¾ Remove cover (2) together with fan by un-
screwing four fastening screws (1)
¾ Clean fan (3) with compressed air and/or
cold cleaner
