6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 on the other side and make sure the end of the legs do not overlap one over the other.
7. Keeping the brackets in the same position, press the adjustment button (Fig. 5A) and rotate one of the
legs to make sure it does not stick out beyond the seat cushion hinge when in the stored position. Repeat
for the other leg.
8. Make a small cut into the fabric, just beyond the inside edge the frame. The hole should be large
enough to accommodate the bracket tab (Fig. 5C). Slide the tab into the cut slot so that support leg
bracket is upright and the arms of the bracket (Fig. 6A) are resting on the seat frame.

9. Secure the bracket to the frame with two 1 1/4" self-tapping screws.
10. Repeat steps 8 and 9 for the other cushion leg.
11. Find a centerpoint on the seatback between the two cushion leg brackets (Fig. 7A). Make a mark at that
point that is between the straps under the fabric and is close to the inside edge of the frame.
