  If one or two jacks will not retract, consider the following: * A hose may be damaged or unconnected. Replace with a new hose or reconnect the existing one. * A valve may be inoperative. Replace the inoperative valve. * An electronic signal may be lost between the controller and the solenoid. Attempt to retract the jacks in MANUAL mode. If successful, replace the touch pad; if not, test for voltage drop between the touch pad and the valve, repair any bad wiring, or replace the defective board or valve.

  The 'FEATURE DISABLED' message on your Lippert Components Lifting Systems typically indicates one of three issues. First, the front of your 5th Wheel might be below level when starting the auto-level process, especially when initiating Hitch Recognition. To resolve this, use the FRONT button to raise the 5th Wheel to hitch height before connecting to your tow vehicle. Second, the touchpad power may not have been cycled between consecutive leveling operations. To fix this, turn the touchpad off and then back on to reset the system. Third, the Zero Point might not be set. In this case, you'll need to set the Zero Point.
