To Make a Call from Direct Access Memory
1. In idle, press and hold the / / button to dial the number
you have stored already. Or press the button, and then press and
hold the / / button to dial the number you have stored.
2. You need to set the direct access number rst.
The audio boost feature will be turned o automatically when
the call has ended.
To Answer a Call
1. If the handset is not on the base unit or charging cradle:
When the phone rings, press the button to answer a call, press it
again to turn on the speakerphone.
2. If the handset is on the charging cradle or the base unit and if AUTO
ANS is set to ON: when the phone rings, pick up the handset to
answer a call.
Audio Boost Feature
The audio boost feature allows you to amplify the handset earpiece
volume to compensate for the ear’s limited sensitivity.
1. To turn on the audio boost feature, press the button at any time
during a call. The handset LED illuminates.
2. When the audio boost feature is activated, press the
button to increase or decrease the earpiece volume.
3. To turn o the audio boost feature and return the earpiece volume
back to normal, press the button again and the handset LED
turns o.
If no number is stored, you will hear a double beep tone.
To End a Call
During a call connection, press the button to end the call. Put the
handset on the base unit or charging cradle to end the call.
