 Press Add to create a user with name, password and description
The following information is required to create a new user:
 User name
Input range: 1~15 characters.

 Password
Input range: 5~20 characters.
The invalid characters are: " / \ [ ] : ; | = , + * ? < > ` '
 Description
Input range: 1~50 characters.
The invalid characters are: " / \ [ ] : ; | = , + * ? < > ` '
The following information is required to delete a user:
 Delete
Administrator can choose one user and delete it
