Reassembly:
Don’t interchange
the exhaust and
intake valves.
Reassembly:
Check exhaust valve
taper face for
chipping or excessive
carbon deposits
before assembling.
CYLINDER HEAD
Reassembly:
Check the two ends of the
push rod for wearing and
push rod for straightening.
B
e sure that two ends of
push rod completely seat
on the lifter and rocker seat.
Reassembly:
Check the contacting face of
rocker with adjust nut and
push rod for wearing before
assembling.
