4-4-1 Crankcase /Camshaft / piston
a.DISASSEMBLY/ REASSEMBLY
REASSEMBLY:
Check that the decompressor
weight moves smoothly, and
the spring is not weak or
worn. Install with the
marks aligned.
BOLT M8×32
Torque: (26~32) N•m
Install with the oil dipper toward
the
governor arm’s hole end and
the ribs on the cap and
connecting rod must be aligned.
REASSEMBLY:
Install with the
triangle mark
toward the push
rod hole.
Push in until the bearing
touches the crankcase. Be
careful not to damage the
oil seal.
