Loading the Default Values
Once you have configured the Broadband DSL/Cable
Firewall Router (see Chapters 3 and 4), the configuration
settings are saved in the Broadband DSL/Cable Firewall
Router’s internal memory. However, you can manually reset
them to factory defaults by using the web browser or by
following the steps given below:
1. Power off/on the Broadband DSL/Cable Firewall
Router.
2. After power on, the Status indicator will flash 5 times.
Now hold down the reset button on the Broadband
DSL/Cable Firewall Router. The red LED marked
Status will give 5 short flashes.
3. The factory defaults are now loaded.
After loading the default values, you might need to
re-configure the Broadband DSL/Cable Firewall Router by
following the steps in Chapter 3. Please see Chapter 3 for
details.
