Why is cylinder movement slow or erratic on LS tractor?

If you experience slow or erratic movement of cylinders, accompanied by noisy operation, on your LS tractor, start by checking and replenishing the hydraulic fluid. If the hydraulic fluid is cold, allow the system to warm up to operating temperature. Ensure the engine RPM is sufficient for proper hydraulic pump operation by increasing the engine speed. Reduce the material load if the bucket is carrying excessive weight beyond the backhoe's maximum specified capacity. Inspect the control valve linkage for any binding or defects and repair as needed. Check coupler connections, repair or replace if there is a quick disconnect coupler restriction or coupler flow checks. Also, check hoses and tubelines for evidence of restriction.
