12 Product Warranty
Enhanced VR Batteries Product Warranty:
A. Seller warrants to customer that:
1. As of the date title to product sold (Product) passes,
Seller will have the right to sell, transfer, and assign
such product, and the title conveyed by Seller shall be
good;
2. Upon shipment, Product will be free from defects in
material and workmanship, and will conform to Seller's
specification.
B. The Warranty periods and conditions applicable to new
products are listed in Table 12-A:

Note: Operating the Enhanced VR battery for any length of time above 77°F
(25°C) will result in reduced performance and premature failure. The battery may
operate for a short period of time between 51°C and 65°C; however, operation or
storage for any length of time above 122°F (50°C) will void the product warranty.
