If your Lumens Security Camera VC-G30 isn't responding to the remote control, ensure the Camera Select on the remote is compatible with the IR Select setting on the VC-G30. Also, prevent direct sunshine on the VC-G30. Keep energy-saving bulbs and IR touch screens as far away as possible to avoid interference. It is recommended to use only one remote control.
