MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
1. Lower mower conditioner fully, shut off engine, and
remove key.
NOTE:
Ensure mower conditioner is on a flat, level
surface and is tilted all the way back while
installing spindles to prevent oil fro m spilling from
the cutterbar.
2. Open cutterbar door(s).

3. Determine suitable s pindle rotation pattern for crop
conditions. Refer to 4.4.3 Cutterbar Spindles, page
134.

4. Ensure that spindle O-ring (A) is properly seated,
cleaned, and undamaged.
