Warranty/liability
The “General sales terms and delivery conditions” of
MAFI-Transport-Systeme GmbH always apply. MAFI rules out
warrantee and liability claims for personal injury and material
damage when they result from the following:
z inappropriate use of the MT (see “Intended use <Sattel>”
on page 17) ,
z ignoring the notes, regulations, and prohibitions of the
operating manual,
z unauthorised constructional modifications to the MT,
z poor monitoring of parts that are subject to wear,
z improper and late maintenance and repair.
