5.6.8 Datalogger Qair protocol
The instrument supports data acquisition over protocol which complies with “Communication
protocol for digital links with air quality data acquisition stations ver. 3.1”. It is a limited
version of the industrial JBUS communication protocol.
Standard command format: <slave number><function code><address><number of
words><CRC16>
<Slave number> - Instrument External ID, values from 1 – 255. (1 byte)
<Function code> - Supported function code is 3. (1 byte)
<address> - Supported address values are 0,10,20,30,34,37,179,187 (all decimal). (2 bytes).
<Number of words> - Number of words in the response message. (2 bytes)
<CRC 16> - checksum. (2 bytes).
