6.3 Leakage test
Leakage (ζ) is measured from the difference between the flow in (Fin) and flow out (Fout):
ζ=1-(Fin/Fout)
Average leakage is 7 % at 5 LPM. It can differ slightly from spot to spot and during the spot
loading. Leakage is taken into account during the BC calculation (chapter 1.3 Basic
calculations).
Leakage test procedure uses inlet flow measurements with filter and inlet flow with flow
calibration pad to calculate the leakage.
To perform the leakage test, select Operation/General/Leakage Test and follow the instruction
on screen. Leakage test is marked by status 6144. After the test the report is generated:
